Aunty Reka prepared a hangi for 47 people. 19 more people came. How many came altogether?
47+19=(40+10)+(7+9)
= 50 + 16
=66
Sam did the dishes after the hangi. He washed 58 plates and 36 cups. How many dishes did he wash altogether?

74+38=(70+30)+(8+4)
=100 + 12
